Southern Node Terms of Service
Last Updated: March 2026
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Southern Node Google Workspace Security Scanner ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Authority to Audit
By initiating a scan, you represent and warrant that you are a legally authorized Google Workspace Super Administrator for the target domain, and that you have the explicit legal authority to grant third-party API access for the purpose of a security audit.
2. Scope of Services
The Service provides an automated, point-in-time security analysis of your Google Workspace configuration. The resulting PDF report is informational only. Southern Node does not automatically remediate or fix the identified vulnerabilities, nor do we provide continuous monitoring of your environment after the scan is complete.
3. Payment and Delivery
The Service is provided for a one-time fee, processed securely via Stripe. The Service is considered fully delivered and rendered the moment the PDF security report is dispatched to the email address provided during checkout. Due to the immediate and automated nature of the compute resources utilized, refunds are not provided once a scan has successfully executed.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, the Service and the resulting reports are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Southern Node acts as a visibility and advisory tool. We do not guarantee that your environment will be completely immune from cyber threats, unauthorized access, or data breaches. Under no circumstances shall Southern Node, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of your use of the Service or your reliance on the security report.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
